This study explored the willingness to use the COVID-19 Vaccination Registration and Reservation System by employees of pharmacies based on the technology acceptance model. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used to test the hypotheses of this study. A purposive sampling method was adopted to distribute the questionnaires, and 243 employees of pharmacies were selected as the subjects of this study. Descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, independent samples t-test, and structural equation model were employed as analysis methods. The results indicate that: There were significant differences in the willingness to use the COVID-19 Vaccination Registration and Reservation System in terms of different factors of gender, age, educational level, residential places, and average monthly incomes. Perceived usefulness had a significant influence on attitude toward use. Perceived ease-of-use had a significant influence on attitude toward use. Attitude toward use had a significant influence on willingness to use. It is expected that the results of this study can provide a reference for the establishment of relevant medical platforms in the future.
