This article is a self-narrative that describes the related difficulties encountered during the reconstruction process when I was a newly appointed principal. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. The development process of principals has a profound impact on the results of campus reconstruction. The design of campus buildings relies heavily on architects, but the overall aesthetics and forward-looking planning of the campus depend on the wisdom of the principal. If there is practical experience during the director's career and relevant courses and case sharing during the principal's training, it will have a crucial impact on the results of campus reconstruction. 2. To do a good job in planning and designing campus reconstruction, the level of consideration must be comprehensive. In addition to the overall configuration of the campus, it is also necessary to consider local customs and practices, as well as practicality, convenience, safety, and aesthetics. In addition, it is necessary to solicit opinions from all parties in order to rebuild a satisfactory campus. 3. If attention is paid to the accommodation environment for teachers and safe commuting roads, then the turnover rate of teachers in rural elementary schools can be reduced. With human resources, experience can be passed down and reconstruction can be done well. 4. With the guidance of experienced principals and assistance from superiors and budgetary appropriations, having experienced general affairs personnel execute it and selecting good architects can take care of the quality of reconstruction. Only by enriching oneself with relevant laws and regulations related to construction projects can one do a perfect job in school hardware construction and software procurement without violating any laws. It is hoped that through the statement of personal related experiences, it can serve as a reference for future educational researchers.
