本研究為暸解大學生運動習慣與性別對運動阻礙的影響,以中部某大學之學生為研究對象。本研究採便利抽樣,以問卷調查方式進行,206位中部某大學生完成問卷調查。結果發現運動參與的部份,男女生的平均數達顯著差異。而在運動習慣部分。有無運動習慣大學生的平均數亦達顯著差異。進一步分析發現,不論是學生的運動習慣或是性別,在個人性阻礙與人際性阻礙各題項的顯著差異都一樣,在個人性阻礙各面向的確存在差異。而在人際性阻礙,也都在不喜歡在陌生人面前運動方面存在差異。至於結構性阻礙,性別之間在各項指標上則無差異,但在有無運動習慣方面,除了學校運動設施,沒有我想要運動的設施,兩者之間的平均數無顯著差異外,其他結構因素,無運動習慣者均顯著大於有運動習慣的學生。這些差異可供學校體育主管作為打破運動阻礙的參考,本研究亦提出可供參考的建議。

英文摘要

This study aims to understand the influence of exercise habits and gender on barriers to exercise among university students. The research subjects were students from a university in the central region of Taiwan. Convenience sampling was used, and a questionnaire survey was conducted, with 206 students from the university completing the survey. The results revealed significant differences in the average participation in exercise between male and female students. Additionally, there were significant differences in the average exercise habits between students with and without exercise habits. Further analysis found that both exercise habits and gender showed similar significant differences in terms of personal barriers and interpersonal barriers. Differences were found in various aspects of personal barriers. In terms of interpersonal barriers, differences were found in the aspect of not liking to exercise in front of strangers. As for structural barriers, there were no differences between genders in various indicators. However, in terms of exercise habits, apart from the availability of school sports facilities and the lack of facilities for desired exercise, there were no significant differences in the averages between the two groups. Other structural factors showed significantly higher values among students without exercise habits. These differences can serve as references for sports administrators in schools to break down barriers to exercise. The study also proposes recommendations for consideration.
