近年來親水、休閒及遊憩空間的開發與規劃已成為國際趨勢,為增進海岸地區的發展,吸引遊客到海岸地區遊玩,有關海岸遊憩區與附設觀光設施的遊憩機會與規劃策略是規劃者所欲了解的課題。本研究在調查問卷中,確定海岸地形與觀光設施的綜合呈現對觀光客具有相當大的吸引力,因此,同時探討遊客喜愛的賞景用交通工具、賞景設施位置、海岸地形、海岸構成材料、偏好的海灘寬度、水域活動區與海岸線距離等問題。本研究使用半結構式問卷,並輔以焦點團體法彌補結構式答案的不足,結果顯示:「視野開闊」及「感受自然氣息」可以作為賞景設施的規劃準則;沙灘土質的可塑性是設計時值得發揮的造型材;「趣味性」是遊客較在意的賞景與遊憩選擇,因此建議規劃者,要選擇具趣味性的空間型態的優良海岸地形,及設計造型具空間變化特性的觀光設施,以吸引觀光客。本研究獲得初步的遊客需求的資料可做為未來的海岸遊憩地區規劃的參考。 |
英文摘要 |
In recent years, developing and planning water-accessible, leisure and recreational spaces turns into international trend. For improving coastal areas and attracting tourists, the topics about recreation opportunity and planning strategy of coastal resorts and tourism facilities are planners like to explore. In questionnaire survey, the researcher confirmed that representation of coastal landforms with tourism facilities considerably attract tourists. Hence, this study delved into favorite transportations, tourism facilities, locations of sightseeing, coastal landforms, construction materials, beach width, distance of water-based activities from seashore, applying semi-structured questionnaire and assisting in focus group method. The results showed that ”spacious eyesight” and ”natural breath perception” may be planning criterions of sightseeing facilities; the plasticity of sandy beach soil makes itself a worthy modeling material in designing; tourists pay more attention to ”interest” among options of sightseeing and recreation. Hence, we recommend the planners, to choose coastal landform with interesting space types and design tourism facilities with various modeling. The data collected in the research may be reference for future coastal resort planning. |
