本研究之目的在了解彰濱秀傳就診民眾對彰濱秀傳健康園區發展醫療觀光之的現況與態度。在不同個人背景特性上，探討其對醫療觀光態度各因素之差異。透過問卷調查法的方式，以彰濱秀傳健康園區為研究的範圍，以彰濱秀傳健康園區的就診民眾為對象，採立意與便利抽樣方式，於2007年10月10日至2007年10月23日，共發出350份問卷，回收有效問卷324份。所得資料進行統計分析與討論，茲將研究的發現說明如下：1.醫療觀光認知方面，對「彰濱秀傳健康園區掛號處人員的服務親切」非常同意的就診人數最多。2.醫療觀光態度方面，對「政府應瞭解並重視人民對發展醫療觀光之意見」非常同意的就診民眾人數最多。3.就診民眾對於彰濱秀傳健康園區發展「醫療觀光認知」的反應趨向於「同意」，「醫療光觀態度」亦趨向於「同意」的反應。4.在人口統計變項方面，不同性別、婚姻之變項並不會影響就診民眾對於彰濱秀傳健康園區發展「醫療觀光認知」與「醫療觀光態度」。但不同教育、年齡以及收入之變項會影響就診民眾對於彰濱秀傳健康園區發展「醫療觀光認知」與「醫療觀光態度」。5.就診民眾對於彰濱秀傳健康園區發展「醫療觀光認知」與「醫療觀光態度」各因素間均有顯著之正相關存在。根據分析結果，提出彰濱秀傳健康園區發展醫療觀光之建議，亦對就診者和政府推行醫療觀光之建議。

This research is to find out the cognition and attitude of patients on developing medical tourism in Chang Bing Show Chwan Memorial Hospital (CBSCMH). The scope of the study is mainly in CBSCMH and the objects of the study are their patients. The analysis was based on data collected through a convenience sampling to 350 patients. The collecting date was from October 10 to 23, 2007and in total 324 questionnaires was returned. The conclusion of the verification was as follows: 1.According to the medicaltourism cognition, most patients circled their agreement at ”there is a courteous service at registry office in CBSCMH” item. 2.According to the medical tourism attidue, most paitents' circled the item at ”government should place importance on the patients' opinions of developing medical tourism”. 3.Patients' reactions of medical tourism cognition and attitude are circledat ”agree” item. 4.There is a great influence on their cognition and attitude among patients of CBSCMH at different educational background, age, and income. 5.The relationship between patient's cognition and attitude of medical tourism shows a positive significant difference in CBSCMH. Finally, according to the result, we not only suggest for CBSCMH, but also for the patients and government in order to improve the medical tourism.
