本研究目的主要分別探討持續跑速度變化與間歇跑方式對一般人心跳率和血乳酸之影響。對象:本研究對象為11名無心臟疾病與高血壓之一般成年人,平均年齡為35.3±5.0 歲,身高與體重分別為165.1±6.9公分及66.2±13.7公斤。方法:測試分為基礎耐力、持續跑速度變化與間歇跑方式。基礎耐力以Mader等人(1976)有氧與無氧閾值方式執行。持續跑速度變化測試為受試者於跑步機上進行,每3分鐘變換速度一次,以個人有氧閾值速度(2mmol/l)及有氧-無氧閾值速度(3mmol/l)變化方式,共持續跑18分鐘。間歇跑測試方式則以個人無氧閾值速度(4mmol/l)跑3分鐘共6次18分鐘,次與次之間以個人有氧閾值速度(2mmol/l)作為動態休息方式跑40秒。結果顯示:持續跑速度變化測試之最大乳酸和最大心跳率分別為3.47±0.57 mmol/l與170.18±10.75 min^(-1),全程平均心跳率為156.82±8.03 min^(-1);其結束後心跳率與結束後乳酸值分別為164±11.86 min^(-1)與3.43±0.58 mmol/l。間歇跑測試之最大乳酸值和最大心跳率分別為4.73±1.15 mmol/l 與175.36±10.62 min^(-1),全程平均心跳率為167.8±6.33min^(-1);其結束後心跳率與結束後乳酸值分別為172±11min^(-1)與4.51±1.29 mmol/l。結論:本研究以有氧(2mmol/l)及有氧-無氧閾值(3mmol/l)作為持續跑速度變化的負荷強度與以無氧閾值(4mmol/l)作為間歇運動之強度測試對無心臟疾病和高血壓之一般成年人之心跳率和血乳酸,發現間歇運動對於受試 者在運動時負荷強度較大,兩種不同運動方式呈現之生理數值各有不同的變化。建議:由於本研究為單次測試,未來可以加入訓練來觀察變化。

This study investigated the effect of continuous exercise of velocity change and intermittent exercise on heart rate and blood lactate to normal people. Subject: Eleven normal adults without heart diseases and hypertension are selected as the subjects of this study. The average age, height, weight are 35.5±5.0 years, 165.1±6.9 cm, and 66.2±13.7 kg, respectively. Method: The tests are basal endurance, continuous exercise of velocity change, and intermittent exercise. The basal endurance test used speed of aerobic threshold (2mmol/l) and speed of anaerobic threshold (4mmol/l) to administer. The continuous exercise of velocity change test was subjects run on the treadmill, and change velocity 3 minutes a time with speed of aerobic threshold (2mmol/l) to speed of aerobic-anaerobic threshold (3mmol/l) that totally abide 18 minutes. The intermittent exercise test was subjects run in 3 minutes 6 times with speed of anaerobic threshold (4mmol/l) totally 18 minutes, and intermission of times the subjects run with speed of aerobic threshold (2mmol/l) in 40 seconds. Results: The max blood lactate and max heart rate of continuous exercise of velocity change are 3.47±0.57 mmol/l and 170.18±10.75 min^(-1); lap average heart rate 156.82±8.03 min^(-1) the heart rate and blood lactate after test are 164±11.86 min^(-1) and 3.43±0.58 mmol/l. The max blood lactate and max heart rate of intermittent exercise are 4.73±1.15 mmol/l and 175.36±10.62 min^(-1); lap average heart rate 167.8±6.33min^(-1) the heart rate and blood lactate after test are 172±11 min^(-1) and 4.51±1.29 mmol/l. Conclusion: This study used aerobic threshold (2mmol/l) and aerobic-anaerobic threshold (3mmol/l) as the load of continuous exercise of velocity change and use anaerobic threshold (4mmol/l) as the load of intermittent exercise to test the heart rate and blood lactate of change of normal adults without heart diseases and hypertension. We found that intermittent exercise had more exercise load to subjects in exercise, and these two different ways showed separate change of physiological values. Suggest: Because this study is a mono-test, we can add training to observe the change in the future.
