隨著全球經濟持續復甦,機械產業也逐年穩定的成長。然而台灣的工具機產業面臨全球激烈的競爭,製造技術必須加緊腳步。以往零件的製程規劃大多參考既有的加工條件或倚賴資深加工者的經驗;甚至最後成品的良率檢查,也是需要借重有經驗的員工來判斷。如果發生設備精度損耗或零件定位不佳,將導致停機、調整,不緊曠日廢時,並且降低產能。所以做好良好製程規劃,是形成高產能、高良品的重要課題。本研究運用八字形展開法,以改善鞍座生產為例,首先尋找鞍座加工不良的原因,運用實驗設計方法,將擬訂的對策分次生產;接著觀察結果並找出最適合的生產條件,建立明確的良品製程條件,以減少工具設置的時間、提高生產效率。 |
英文摘要 |
As the global economy continues to recover, the machinery industry has grown steadily over the past years. However, Taiwan's tool and machine industry faces fierce global competition, and manufacturing technology must be enhanced. Process planning of spare parts mostly refers to the reference data or relies on experienced skill workers. Even the inspection for final product yield is required the help of experienced staffs. When the equipment loss precision and cause poor positioning, equipment readjustments are needed, which will take times and reduce the production rate. Therefore, building better working parameters is an important issue in getting process for fine products. This study used TPM 8 shaped cycle, taking the example of improving production of saddle. First, found the reasons for the poor saddle processing, then used experimental design method and proposed strategy for batch production. Next, observed the products and identified the most suitable production settings to the use of the following productions, which reduce setting time and improve production efficiency. |
