近年來,雲端運算技術變化快速,相關企業為掌握未來研發方向與訂定具競爭力的研發策略,有必要對該產業技術進行預測。但是由於專利和技術術語繁多,專利中提供的技術數據量快速增加,管理者很難確定技術發展脈絡,並進而制定研發策略。為此,本研究首先以文字探勘為基礎,運用史丹佛剖析器挑選雲端運算的基本技術詞組,續而提出四項指標並運用偏好順序評估法辨識出值得雲端運算企業發展的重要技術。其次,本研究運用循序樣式探勘方法,配合社會網絡分析以揭示雲端技術發展的脈絡。接下來,本研究提出以技術生命週期分析、相對專利地位以及技術品質為指標的技術層級專利組合分析方法。本研究除顯示與SaaS雲端技術相關的重要技術與發展脈絡,並以國外19家知名的公司為分析對象,提出一套可協助相關企業制定更有競爭力的研發策略的工具。 |
英文摘要 |
Cloud computing technology is not only important for the development of related technologies, but the related research in this field is limited, most of the key technologies and research development is handling by foreign companies; In purpose to explore the main technology development and Developing R&D Strategy about of this area, this study selected 19 well-known foreign enterprises as targeted companies and using a composite retrieval strategy to seek out most the patent about cloud computing. This study proposed a new patent quality index for company-level patent portfolio analysis by using TOPSIS, and proceeds to the technology-level patent portfolio analysis for the targeted company, to evaluate the technology context and development R&D strategy of cloud computing industry. The results show an important development of companies related to SaaS technology. This study proposes a sequential pattern-based method for mining technology, then, incorporating with the results of the technology life cycle analysis and the patent portfolios analysis at the technological level, this study proposes an efficient tool for managers of cloud computing enterprise to make competitive R&D strategy. |
