近年來健身風氣日益盛行,越來越多民眾開始接觸健身與重量訓練。然而重量訓練是一項具有危險的運動,當姿勢不良、觀念不正確或技巧不足時可能會導致運動傷害。本研究目的在於探討深蹲架的改良設計,提供更完善的自動安全防護措,使其達到符合不同體型的高強度訓練的目的。為了滿足使用者的需要,提出創新性、實用性的設計構想,採用六標準差DMAIC流程進行設計。定義階段:以SWOT分析法,探討深蹲架產品的市場、客戶與功能分析,並提出因應策略;衡量階段:針對產品使用上的問題與原因之關係,繪製深蹲架的問題與原因評估特性要因圖,以作為衡量設計構想。分析階段:透過專家會議,找出品質使用上的問題與對應的可能技術方法,並採用QFD品質機能展開圖,表示品質需求與技術使用之優先順序。改善階段:利用TRIZ的工程參數與矛盾矩陣,找出改善深蹲架使用不便及設計不良的發明原理,並提出具體的設計構想。控制階段:藉由深蹲架的問題與原因評估特性要因圖,檢視所提出的設計構想是否能夠改善習有深蹲架的使用功能、提升使用上的安全性、符合各種體型的需要。 |
英文摘要 |
In recent years more and more people are getting in touch with fitness and weight training. However, weight training is a dangerous exercise which may cause damage when the posture is bad, the idea is incorrect, or the skill is insufficient. This study is aimed to propose new ideas of a squat frame providing automatic safety protection, to meet the needs of high intensity weight training for all body size. An innovative and practical design concept is proposed by DMAIC process of the Six Sigma deviation. Definition stage: Based on SWOT analysis, this paper discusses the market, customer and function analysis of squat frame products, and puts forward the response strategy; measurement stage: The deep squat frame characteristics figure for the problems and reasons evaluation is graphed, as the measure to the conceptual design . Analysis stage: Through the Expert Meeting, the possible technical methods to the corresponding problems are obtained, and a QFD diagram is drown indicating the possible technologies and priorities. Improvement stage: Using the engineering parameters and contradiction matrix of TRIZ, and finding out the principles improving the uses of the deep squat frame, and putting forward the concrete design idea. Control stage: The deep squat frame characteristics figure is used to evaluate the proposed design concept where it can improve the use of squat frame-increasing the use of safety, the needs for all various body size. |
