近年來,台灣木工機械產業要面對全世界的強勢競爭,工資高漲的壓力和員工的生產效力讓各國致力於工業自動化的改善。除了減少因人為因素所造成的虧損之外,現在市場上對於機械品質的穩定度、耐用度、生產效能、成本考量甚至售後維修服務等要求也愈來愈高,所以對於木工機器設備的改善,以符合客戶需求,為當務之急。因此,本研究針對木工開榫機之後所需的膠水塗佈系統為研究目標,運用失效模式與效應分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysus; FMEA)來探討木工膠水塗佈系統的新舊模式應用、優缺點、便利性及耐用度,並用RPN值來比較關鍵性的失效原因,並針對問題尋求解方法,來改善新款木工膠水塗佈系統,增加其優良生產力和延長機器使用壽命。目前市場上木工用的膠水供應系統,其製造過程大多來自於其它產業的經驗套用,對於木工機械產業來說,並不是非常合適。透過本研究的失效模式與效應,能夠準確的找出問題,改善並於予修正,經由本研究分析而研發出來的閥門系統,可以讓膠水塗佈系統更進一步的強化其結構,除了滿足顧客需求,還能提升其產品在國際間的競爭力。 |
英文摘要 |
Nowadays, Taiwan woodworking machinery is under the pressure of the global competitiveness. Rising wages and low production efficiency make every country is committed to focusing on industrial automation. In addition to reduce the loss caused by personal factors, stable quality of machine, production efficiency and requirements , manufacture cost, and even the after service are becoming more and more demanding to the market. In order to meet customers' requirements, how to improve the key factors mentioned above to the woodworking machinery becomes our urgent task. Therefore, the research is focused on the Gluing System which is an important part of the Finger Joint Machine System. Gluing System is a part of Finger Joint Shaper and glue will be injected automatically right after timber's end. If the glue can be spread properly and evenly on timber, it will become the key success for the Finger Joint Machine System. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is applied to discover potential failures that may exist within the design of the Gluing System. FMEA provides a step-by-step process to approach for identifying all possible failures in a design, a manufacturing or assembly process, or a service. Then the Risk Priority Number (RPN) is used to sort the risks from highest to lowest. The purpose of FMEA is to take actions to eliminate or reduce failures on newly designed woodworking Gluing System, starting with the highest priority ones. Nowadays, most of the Gluing System for woodworking is learned by the past experiences from other different industries, however; the experiences may not be suitable for the woodworking industry. Thus, a new valve system is designed through FMEA to improve or correct the failure rate for Gluing System. Optimizing product structure, furthermore, to meet higher standard of customers' needs and gain higher economic profit for enterprise. |
