近年來由於勞工薪資上漲、工人短缺、環保意識抬頭等因素,台灣積極發展各式自動化機械。在自動化設備中,機架負責零件支撐的功能,其中,鋁擠型結構是機架最常用的材料。經過多年的發展,鋁擠型結構在市場上已有各式通用的規格與配件。本研究目的在於改善現有鋁擠型結構;針對現行鋁擠型結構強度進行檢討,並藉由專家會議與品質機能展開法(QFD)導入產品調查後的資訊,製作需求以及技術關聯矩陣,進行權重的分析,找出重要的功能需求與相對技術,並運用工程參數找出TRIZ發明原理,並藉由發明原理,規劃設計的構想。最後進行專利分析,提出具有可提高鋁擠型強度、有效控制鋁擠型成本、增加鋁擠型使用彈性之設計。 |
英文摘要 |
In recent years, due to rise of labor wages, shortage of workers and the rise of environmental awareness, Taiwan has actively developed various automation machinery. In automation equipment, the rack is responsible for parts support. Aluminum extruded structure is the most commonly used material of the rack. After years of development, aluminum extruded structure in the market has a variety of common specifications and accessories. The aim of this study is to improve the existing aluminum extruded structure, to review the current structure strength of aluminum extrusion, and to analyze the weights technologies by experts meeting and Quality Function expansion method (QFD), and find out the important functional requirements and relative techniques. Then use engineering parameters to find out the principle of TRIZ, and by the principle of inventions to plan and design ideas. Finally, a patent analysis is presented, which can improve the strength of aluminum extrusion, effectively control the cost of aluminum extrusion, and increase the use of aluminum extrusion flexibly. |
