新生入校，自行車成為銷量最大的物品；畢業生離校，自行車也是被遺棄最多的物品。校園內則成為大型的自行車場，隨意停放、遺棄廢舊的自行車也就成為校園內的閒置資源。為了使資源得到充分合理的利用，本文應用專案管理流程研究如何將廢舊自行車回收改造後再重新投入使用的探討。本首先瞭解校園自行車堆放情況與專案管理的文獻探討，通過資料整理形成校園自行車改造專案具體流程。實地走訪專案實施地，與自行車改造先例執行人面談，探討專案可行性，作為今後校園自行車回收改造升級的參考依據。本文並提出工作分解結構與風險評估管理的方法，進行廢棄自行車的改造方案。最後，期待本次專案能順利地按照預期的專案管理流程去執行，結果能達到最初的預期值，並且希望通過此次專案過程和結果能夠對今後其他有相同需求的校園改造閒置廢舊自行車提供實際有效的參考。

Bicycles are the most salable items as freshmen enter college, but the bicycles became to be the most abandoned items when they graduate from college. Campus has become a large-scale bicycle yard, the random parking and abandoned old bicycles will become campus leisure. In order to make full and reasonable use of resources, this article applies project management process to study how to recycle those abandoned bicycles. This study first understands the campus bicycle stacking situation and the literature about project management, and then interviewing with the person in charge of bicycle recycling matter for understanding the treatment flow and details. The paper proposes the methods of work breakdown structure and risk evaluation management to make a project development plan. Finally, the results of this study reveal that the abandoned bicycles can be effectively treated.
