近年來由於工業的快速發展，機械加工技術朝向更高速化、精密化之方向邁進。由於機械設備的日益精進，製造技術的推陳出新，提升產品品質與改善生產製程乃是產業競爭之關鍵因素。本研究針對用於中、大量的一般銑床加工工件，立式切削中心機之加工策略進行探討。首先，透過文獻探討與諮詢機械產業的專家意見，整理出立式切削中心機加工策略之構面因素與指標，應用模糊德爾菲法（Fuzzy Delphi Methods, FDM）與決策實驗室分析基礎之分析網路程序法（DEMATEL-based Analytic Network Process; DANP）等方法，篩選立式切削中心機重要之構面因素與指標，探討並發展加工策略與管理意涵，提供相關產業於製程改善與效率提升之參考。

In recent years, due to the rapid development of industry, the machining technology has been moving toward higher speed and precision. In addition to the increasingly sophisticated machinery and equipment, the variety innovation of manufacturing technology, improving quality of products and improvement of manufacturing processes are the key factors in the industrial competition. This research is focus on the processing strategies of the vertical machining center in medium and large amounts of products from general milling machines. Firstly, the proposed method discusses the document reviews and expert interviews in the machinery industry, and integrates the factors and indicators of processing strategy of the vertical machining center. Furthermore, we will apply Fuzzy Delphi Methods (FDM) and DEMATEL-based Analytic Network Process (DANP) to select the important factors and indicators of vertical machining center. Moreover, this study will explore and develop the processing strategies and significations of management to provide related industries for improvement of manufacturing processes and promotion of work efficiency.
