木工機械為目前傢俱生產的主要設備，為了因應傢俱消費者及產業變化的需求，早期傳統的加工設備已經逐漸淘汰，取而代之的是更多自動化客製化的設備，而生產工廠也為了增加工廠生產效率及客戶需求和設備供應商討論設備的單一性和獨特性，使木工機械設備由量產設備慢慢的朝向客製化設備。也因為市場變化快速客製化的木工機械要如何朝向大量客製化的生產管理和排程是本片論文要討論的議題。

Woodworking machine, nowadays, is main equipment for furniture producing. In order to meet the higher requirements form customers and the rapid change in the woodworking industry, traditional woodworking processing equipment is gradually behind the global market. And automatic customized machine now has high demand in the world. To increase the efficiency of the production and higher demanding from customers, the people in the woodworking machine industry focus on the unique and uniformity of the machine. Therefore, customize production is going to replace mass production in the future. The research is designed to focus on the development and management of the customized machines. The more important is leading the woodworking machinery toward mass customization and have an important place in the world.
