在2013年德國政府提出工業4.0的高科技計畫後,全球產業紛紛投入到相關的研究與研發,其中一個項目為物聯網。以台灣的製造業工廠為例,許多工廠將製程改用自動化機具,但沒有將製程資料導入數位化,因此無法即時發現製程的異常,形成多餘的報廢成本。本研究將建立刀具監控系統,藉由感測器蒐集製程數據,並將數據傳遞至雲端進行分析與共享,即可進行遠端監控,讓操作人員能夠即時獲得機台狀況。本研究以CNC三軸雕刻機為實驗機台,透過切削振動影響加工精度的關聯性,利用加速規蒐集振動值作為監控數據。另外此系統採用網頁式介面,不必安裝軟體進入監控系統,只需要輸入IP位置即可進行監控,提升整體的彈性與便利性。 |
英文摘要 |
After the German government proposed the high-tech project of Industry 4.0 in 2013, the global industry has invested in related research and development, one of which is the Internet of Things. Take Taiwan's manufacturing plants as an example. Many factories have changed their processes to automated machines, but they have not imported process data into digital devices. Therefore, it is impossible to find process anomalies in time and form redundant scrapping costs. This research will establish a tool monitoring system, which collects process data by sensors and transmits the data to the cloud for analysis and sharing, so that operators can get the status of the machine in real time. In this study, the CNC three-axis engraving machine is used as the experimental machine. The accelerometer is used to collect the vibration value as the monitoring data, and the relationship between the vibration value and the tool life is discussed. It is used to establish the early warning mechanism of tool replacement and improve the shutdown buffer time. In addition, this system adopts a web-based interface, which does not need to enter the monitoring system through software. It only needs to input the IP location to enter, which improves the overall flexibility and convenience. |
