掃把在生活中是一項不可或缺的清潔用品,考慮在家中之清潔過程較常使用單手握持掃把,長期反覆抓握施力之下,容易對手部肌群產生傷害,導致使用者造成永久性的後遺症,雖然有關掃把發明如雨後春筍般出現,但實際上針對掃把握柄的改善卻少之又少。因此,本研究針對目前市場上現有的掃把進行分析及文獻探討找出可能造成傷害之因素,使用TRIZ法中的矛盾敘述提出改善參數,進而設計出能減少手部傷害之握把套,並能裝設在各式的掃把柄上。本研究使用Autodesk Inventor 2017繪製出改善後握把套之立體圖進行3D模型列印,接著裝設在一般家用掃把上,透過肌電儀測(EMG)量出表面肌電圖後先使用MATLAB進行分析,使用SPSS成對樣本T檢定進行分析,結果表明橈側屈腕肌、橈側伸腕長肌、屈指淺肌之最大肌肉活化百分比(Percentage of Maximum Voluntary Contraction, %MVC)之P-Value皆小於∝(∝=0.05),具有顯著差異。綜合上述,本研究結果顯示,裝設握把套能有效降低肌肉疲勞,增加握持時的舒適感,驗證此握把套能減輕手腕負擔。

英文摘要

Brooms are one of the most essential cleaning tools on a daily basis, in the house cleaning process, oftentimes people use only one hand to hold the broom. The repetitive movements such as grasping and holding are harmful to our hands muscles, usually leading to permanent sequelae. Although many different inventions of brooms have sprang up like mushrooms, it's hard to find products specifically dedicating to improve the handle grip of brooms. Therefore, based on the analysis of the existing brooms in the market and the related literature, this research aims to find the possible factors that might be the reasons why these injuries would happen. According to the contradiction description of TRIZ. Based on our inventive principles and related literature we arranged, we're able to design a broom handle grip that can reduce hand injuries, and can also be assembled on most of the brooms handles. This paper used Autodesk Inventor 2017 to draw a 3D drawing of the improved handle grip, and we printed it out with 3D printer, then assembling it on a general household broom. We first used electromyography instrument to get electromyogram(EMG) and then analyzed the data using MATLAB. Finally, we used SPSS paired sample T-test to analyze the data. The result shows that the P-Values of the percentage of maximum voluntary contractions (MVC%) of the three muscles, Flexor Digitorum Superficialis muscle, Extensor carpi radialis longus muscle, and Flexor Carpi Radialis muscle are all less than α(α=0.05), existing significant difference. In conclusion, the result of this paper shows that the installation of the handle grip can effectively reduce muscle fatigue, increase comfortability when holding, and eventually prove that this handle grip can actually reduce the burden on the wrist.
