本文以廈門大學嘉庚學院校友歌會為例,運用專案管理中工作分解結構(Work Breakdown Structure)的方法對中大型歌舞晚會的整體流程進行策劃與分析,並從方法與結構、流程與成本過程、時間管理以及風險管理四個方面對策劃晚會流程進行探討。設計結構框架,對中大型歌舞晚會專案工作進行合理安排和組織,借助先進的專案管理模式,從而實現科學規範的專案管理。通過分析得出:WBS可以很清晰、直觀的將晚會的工作分配具體詳盡的呈現出來。同時也從側面向管理者展現了整個工作分配過程中的需求以及工作進度。中大型歌舞晚會的工作分配提供了一個簡便、有效的途徑,同時也為管理者提供了一個更加系統化的管理平臺。 |
英文摘要 |
This paper uses the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in project management to plan and analyze the overall process of the large and medium-sized song and dance party of University of Xiamen University for alumni. It consists of four portions of method and structure、process and cost process、time management and risk management. According to the project development, it can be concluded that WBS can clearly and intuitively present the work assignment of the party in detail. At the same time, it also shows the manager's needs and work progress in the whole work distribution process. The distribution of work in large and medium-sized song and dance party provides a simple and effective way, and also provides a more systematic management platform for managers. |
