在傳統木工機械設備生產膠合木過程中,將原木料經由人力勞動搬運至機台加工製造,機台之間是採單機、單功能方式運作,其間相互獨立,藉由人力連結木材原料至功能機台加工生產。膠合木可以製造成各種直線和彎曲的結構,為建築師提供了更自由的藝術空間。膠合木產業屬高密集人力產業,在生產製程中,原木料切割、木面鉋平、木料膠合與包裝成品等,每個製程均需仰賴著高密度之勞動人力。因此,木工機械產業膠合木生產設計必須朝以智慧工廠、智慧機器人為主的自動化技術方向發展邁進,以成為產業競爭之最佳利器。本研究將設計建置一自動化木工機械製造技術,針對傳統需人力協助之單機設備,設計一自動化整體機械裝置、連結以往獨立機台之單機功能,組合為多功能整合之自動化整廠設備。在此設計上,膠合木生產降低了人力需求、提高了產品生產產量、並穩定產品品質。在市場上,強化平價的競爭優勢,大量節省了人力資源的成本,並增強產業生產效益,實為產業競爭之最佳設備。本研究所提自動化生產設備需具有下列功能:(1)木料自動進料與卸料功能;(2)產線自動掃描原木料,選取無瑕痴木料,自動裁切並優化成適宜長度木料;(3)輸送系統自動傳輸木料型式、佈膠機均勻佈膠、指接系統將木料型式指接成所需長度,系統均能自動處理、運算及施作。(4)配合電腦自動化生產設備,產線自動裝配、加工製造或流程控制均達到生產自動化技術之功能。 |

In the process of producing glued laminated timber in traditional woodworking machinery, the timbers are transported to the machine through manual labor. The machines are operated in a single machine or a single function mode, which is independent in the traditional device. The glued laminated timber can be made into a variety of straight and curved structures for giving architects a more free space of the arts. Glue Laminated Timber production is a highly intensive manpower industry. In the production process of wood cutting, wood gluing and packaging products, etc., each process depends on high-density labor. Therefore, the design of glued laminated timber production in the woodworking machinery industry must trend toward the development of automation technology based on smart factories and smart robots. In this research, we will design and build an automated woodworking machinery technology for manufacturing the glued timber laminated production. In order to improve the traditional single-machine equipment that needs human assistance, we will design an automatic mechanical device, that are connected to the machines with each other and combine them into a multi-functional integrated automatic equipment. In this design method, the production of glulam reduces manpower requirements, increases production yield, and stabilizes product quality. The design can strengthen the competitive advantage of the cost of human resources, and enhance the industrial production efficiency in the market. Consequently, the automated equipment of this research have the following functions: (1) automatic feeding and unloading function of wood; (2) automatic scanning of timber, selecting the wood without defects, automatic cutting and optimization into wood of suitable length; (3) The conveying system automatically transfers the timber type, and the finger joint system joints the timber type into the required length, and the system can automatically process, calculate and apply. (4) With the computerized equipment, the production line can achieve the functions of automation technology. |
