共享經濟是近幾年來備受矚目的熱門議題,其所提供的產物與服務愈來愈多元,除了食、衣、住、行外還包含資訊、學習、線上課程、群眾募資、共同工作空間,例如:FlyingV、Uber、Uspace及Futureward。在地狹人稠的臺灣,許多微型企業在資金有限的條件下,無法負擔高額的辦公租金費用,因此許多創業者、自由工作者逐漸發展出一套新的工作模式,隨著產業型態改變,共同工作空間業者發現辦公場地的需求趨勢,創業者除了節省開銷,更多了靈活、寬敞又能互動的辦公空間。在相關文獻中,尚未有針對共同工作空間作為研究對象,因此本研針對有發展前景的共同工作空間進行探討,以消費價值及態度為自變數,使用意圖為應變數,透過量化調查方式,探討影響消費者選擇共同工作空間之因素與影響程度。研究結果發現使用者價值與使用者本身對於工作空間的態度是影響其租賃工作空間很重要的因素;根據研究結果,提供相關建議予共同工作空間業者作為制定營運與行銷策略之參考。

英文摘要

The sharing economy is a hot topic that has attracted much attention in recent years. The products and services it provides are becoming more diverse. In addition to food, clothing, housing, and transportation, it also includes information, learning, online courses, crowd funding, and joint workspace, for example, FlyingV, Uber, Uspace, and Futureward. In Taiwan, many start-up entrepreneurs cannot afford high office rents under limited financial conditions. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have gradually developed a new mode of work, sharing workspace has been the trend of start-up office. In addition to saving money, entrepreneurs have more flexible, spacious and interactive office space. In the relevant literature, there is no much research on sharing workspace. This research explores the factors that affecting people renting sharing workspace. Research result shows that consumer value and attitude are important variables that affect user' intentions towards renting sharing workspace. Based on the research results, provide relevant recommendations to sharing workspace operators as a reference for the development of operational and marketing strategies.
