本研究針對包裝材料綠色供應商評選關鍵因素，在製程、設計、管理、運用人事成本、原物料成本、友善環境材料、產品的可靠度與穩定度等綠色供應商相關文獻，歸納彙整綠色包裝材料供應商評選關鍵因素，以模糊德爾菲法（Fuzzy Delphi Method, FDM）探討篩選重要關鍵因素，並應用分析網路程序法（Analytic Network Process，ANP）發展專家問卷，並進行實證研究施測，分析各評估項目的相對權重，計算個重要的準則。本研究提供給包裝材料之產業選擇綠色供應商之參考基礎。

This study is aimed at the evaluation the key factors for the green supplier of packaging materials, and reviews the related literature of green packaging materials in the manufacturing process, design, management, personnel cost, raw material cost, friendly environmental materials, product reliability and stability, etc. Moreover, the proposed method investigates the key factors of supplier evaluation for green packaging materials and explores the key factors by using the fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). We apply the Analytic Network Process (ANP) to develop the expert questionnaire and conduct empirical research by the testing. Furthermore, the method analyzes the relative weights of the evaluating criteria and calculates the important values of the criteria. Consequently, this study can provide the related information for the selection of green suppliers in the industry of packaging materials.
