由於世界經濟的復甦、全球化的發展,人類的移動速度隨著活動範圍的不斷擴大,需要加快腳步。因此,標榜超高速的捷運系統在近年來不斷推陳出新。過去長達數小時路程的距離,如今得以在數十分鐘內就抵達,其負責傳導訊息的信號系統必須比傳統列車更加完善,才能在列車急速行駛下,即時控制瞬間傳來的指示,達成快速、安全、零失誤的運輸任務。本研究在於提出一個改善信號架的創新製造流程,採用六標準差/DAMIC流程手法並利用魚骨圖、QFD、TRIZ等方法,完成各階段的作業。透過魚骨圖定義出問題的特性與要因;使用QFD品質機能展開法,歸納出問題解決的決策;採用TRIZ創新方法,透過問題相關的工程參數以及查閱矛盾矩陣表,找出四十發明原理,並利用它們來規劃製程改善,以達到降低工時、減少成本,提高製造品質的效果。 |
英文摘要 |
With the rapid development of technology, the inventions of Shinkansen, Maglev train, and high-speed rail have enabled the travel of several hours to be shortened to within tens of minutes. Because of this, Signal systems that transmit information must be optimized more than conventional trains, such that the fast-moving trains, under good system control, could avoid accidents. This research is to propose an innovative manufacturing process to improve the signal frame. Using Six Sigma /DAMIC process method, Fishbone diagram, QFD, TRIZ and other methods to complete the works of all the stages. Through the Fishbone diagram defining the characteristics and the cause of the problem; using QFD Quality Function expansion method, the decision of solving problems is summed up. Using TRIZ innovation method and considering the problem-related engineering parameters and checking the contradiction matrix to find out the principles of invention. Then using them to plan the process improvements in order to reduce work hours and costs and improve the quality of manufacturing results. |
