近年來職涯發展與管理已成為組織人力資源管理與研究熱門重要的議題,就國防組織任職、選訓、調職及晉升等人事作業,往往是依據相關法規條文辦理,本研究透過文獻分析歸納以階級、官科、任官日期、現階日期、現職日期、學歷、經歷、考績及智力測驗等9個條件為職涯路徑規劃的決定因素,結合修訂後之Holland職涯自我探索量表,透過填測以瞭解個人性格、興趣及能力,進行職涯發展路徑評估,據此建構發展一套職涯管理決策支援系統,以提供決策者職涯發展的參考與建議。

英文摘要

The career development and management has become hot topics on human resources management of organization. Existing national defense personnel work which election, training, transfer, promotion and other operations are following the provisions of the ministerial regulations. After integrated of the present literature, rank, officials division, the date of any official, current employment dates, qualifications, experience, performance, intelligence tests. According to these factors to draw up career development of this study. Therefore, this study not only through the impact of career planning with the revised factors also take the Holland career self-exploration scale to understand the personality, interests and abilities. Thus, building the development of a career management decision support systems to provide decision makers some reference and advice to career development planning.
