護理人力不足與部分大學科系畢業生求職不易為現今兩個主要的社會關注焦點，因此，教育部試辦大學設置學士後護理系，適度引導人力進入護理專業，試圖緩解上述問題。於2016年擇定四所學校先行試辦並開始招收學生，包含北醫大學護理學系、長庚大學護理學系、國立台北護理健康大學護理系，及弘光科技大學護理系。然學士後護理系的設置在台灣尚屬初期階段，本文彙整國內外文獻，說明瞭解美國學士後護理系的設置緣由，辦學經驗與師生評價，並分享弘光科大試辦課程規劃為例，有助於提供學校行政及教師持續擬定相關計畫、改善教學品質、滿足學生學習需求之參考。

Nursing shortages and university graduates who are unable to find jobs are two major problems in Taiwanese society. The Ministry of Education in Taiwan has approved four universities-Taipei Medical University, Chang Gung University, National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences, and Hung Kuang University-to test a pilot project of an accelerated baccalaureate nursing program for recruiting students and solving these problems. The present study concerns whether the program is well designed and whether the teachers have prepared to change their teaching strategies to fulfill the students' learning needs. In this article, we review the references regarding why the accelerated baccalaureate nursing programs have been produced, the experiences and effects of an accelerated bachelor of science in nursing programs in the United States, and the design of the accelerated baccalaureate nursing program at Hung Kuang University. The findings of this study will assist policy makers in designing and refining this program for the future, and will be beneficial for teachers in fulfilling students' learning needs.
