本研究針對公務機關與民營企業的領導者與追隨者進行調查,探討領導者和追隨者的性別組成與追隨者服從意願的關聯性。分析所回收的620份有效問卷資料,獲得以下研究發現:女性追隨者的服從意願高於男性追隨者。男性領導的追隨者之服從意願高於女性領導的追隨者。男性領導者所領導的男性追隨者所表現之服從意願,高於由女性領導者所領導的男性追隨者;但是女性追隨者無論是由男性或者女性領導者所領導,其所表現的服從意願無顯著差異。本研究針對研究發現討論管理實務上的意義與未來研究方向。

英文摘要

This study examined the relationship of leader-follower gender combination and followers' obedience. The members of public and civilian organizations were selected as target sample. Three findings, resulted from the research of the 620 effective responses, are as follows. First, female followers are more obedient than male ones. Second, the followers of male leaders are more obedient than those of the female leaders. Final, male-led male followers are more obedient than female-led male ones. This study empirically explains the above findings.
