本研究為瞭解屏東萬巒沿山休閒農業區中的消費者對服務品質、知覺價值、遊憩體驗、滿意度及忠誠度之關係,及其消費者之特性與消費概況,茲運用SPSS及AMOS統計分析軟體進行敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定及變異數分析法來檢定屏東萬巒沿山休閒農業區消費者在服務品質、知覺價值、遊憩體驗、滿意度及忠誠度等五個構面之差異。研究結果顯示,主要消費者族群為男性、已婚者、年齡31~40歲、教育程度大(專)學生居多、服務業為主、月收入以20,001~40,000元。此外,屏東萬巒沿山休閒農業區之知覺價值與遊憩體驗對於滿意度正向影響關係,而滿意度對忠誠度正向影響關係,最後本研究針對研究結果對屏東萬巒沿山休閒農業區提出可行的建議,像是可以針對這兩方面提供促銷與廣告內容,可以提高消費者再次遊玩的意願,及需要重視服務要符合標準。 |
英文摘要 |
In addition to consumers' characteristics and the use of Yanshan Recreational Agricultural District, this study investigated the relationship among service quality, perceived service value, recreational experience, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed with statistic software, SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 17.0. The results showed a positive impact of perceived service value on recreational experience. Perceived service value and recreational experience also had an indirect impact through the effect of satisfaction on loyalty. Satisfaction had the greatest impact on loyalty, while satisfaction was most influenced by recreational experience. Finally, this study gave feasible suggestions to Yanshan Recreational Agricultural District in Wanluan, Pingtung. |
