本文探討如何將Nel Noddings的關懷倫理應用到專業倫理的教育。除了分析專業倫理的意義與專業倫理的教育目的,由此探究專業倫理的理論依據,並歸納當代倫理學的重要理論及其爭議,藉由討論原則倫理與德行倫理的問題及其限制,來突顯Noddings關懷倫理的理論,建構未來倫理教育典範的轉移,最後則以「關懷與關係」、「我們是互賴的」以及「關懷的能力與態度是專業的依靠與理想」的論點,作為關懷取向的專業倫理教育的核心理念。 |
英文摘要 |
Different from both Kantian principle-based ethics and Aristotle's virtue-oriented ethics, the ethic of care arose out of the attempt to develop an ethical theory that recognizes women's moral experiences. The ethic of care (as Nel Noddings have developed it) is fundamental relational; it concerns with caring relations, dependent selves and caring responsibility. The purpose of this study will explore the ethics of care and apply it to education of professional ethics. Professional ethics is not only designed to consider our ordinary action, judgments and justification, or focused on the character of individuals. In the conclusion, Ⅰ note the caring approach would be of benefit to teaching of professional ethics, and offer a solid foundation for a moral education. |
