智慧製造讓工業生產帶向智慧化,製造業希望新技術帶來創新與競爭優勢,但又擔心投資效益低與人員能力不足。近幾年,鑒於燈塔工廠的出現,更多企業對導入智慧製造的效益具有信心。本研究以電子業為主,首先提出一個結合任務科技適配度模型與資訊系統成功模型之整合模型,並用實證研究方法,分析臺灣上市電子企業推行智慧製造的成功要素;其次,本研究亦對已成功導入燈塔工廠的電子業專家進行專家訪問,並應用模糊德爾菲法分析,找出影響智慧製造推行的關鍵評估指標。研究分析發現,智慧製造的成功要素為個人與任務特性會對任務科技適配度造成正面影響,且資訊與系統品質亦會對使用者滿意度造成影響,且二者亦均會對工作績效造成影響;另一方面,智慧製造的關鍵評估指標分別為生產場所互連技術、工廠管理互連技術、工廠管理自動化、訓練與人才發展、生產現場自動化、與燈塔工廠文化建置。未來建議企業如欲導入智慧製造,可參考本研究之智慧製造的成功要素與關鍵評估指標分析結果規劃出執行藍圖,讓企業的資源可以更聚焦於智慧製造的導入上,進而提升成功率。 |
英文摘要 |
Intelligent manufacturing makes industrial production smarter. The manufacturing industry hopes that new technologies will bring innovation and competitive advantages, but it is worried about low investment returns and insufficient personnel capabilities. With the emergence of the Lighthouse Factory, companies are more confident about the effectiveness of implementing intelligent manufacturing. This research focuses on the electronics industry and proposes a model which is composed of Task-Technology Fit model and IS Success model. Empirical research method is applied to analyze the success factors of intelligent manufacturing in Taiwan's listed electronics companies; Secondly, this research also conducted interviews with experts in the electronics industry who have successfully get the certification of Lighthouse Factory through Fuzzy Delphi method to find out the key performance indicators of intelligent manufacturing. This research found out that the personal and task characteristics have a positive impact on Task-Technology Fit. Information and system quality have a positive impact on user satisfaction. Both Task-Technology Fit and user satisfaction also have positive impact on work performance. On the other hand, the key performance indicators are production site automation, factory management automation, interconnection technology in production site, interconnection technology among factory management systems, training and talent development, and Lighthouse factory culture. Enterprises want to implement intelligent manufacturing can refer to the success factors and key performance indicators of this research to develop a blueprint. So that resource can be properly focused with clear priority to enhance the success rate of implementation. |
