體育課動機與休閒運動意圖之間的關係

本文主要的目的是探討體育課動機與休閒運動意圖之間的關係。主要的方法是將過去研究此議題的兩個主要研究的取向,提供一些實證研究及統合分析所得到的結果進行討論。過去針對此議題主要的研究架構是以自我決定理論、內外在動機的階層模式和計畫行爲理論結合而成的跨情境模式,爲兩個主要的研究的取向。本文就過去的研究進行理論初步的介紹以及整理一些研究發現。就目前以自我決定理論爲主的研究發現體育課動機可以直接影響休閒運動意圖;另外,以跨情境模式爲研究取向發現,體育課動機可以透過跨情境的影響與計畫行爲理論構念的影響,而間接影響休閒運動意圖,這兩個主要研究的取向皆顯示體育課動機對休閒運動意圖有正向影響的趨勢。最後,本文再針對實務應用與未來研究方向提出建議。
