本研究旨在編製一份適合評估國內大學生自覺母嬰生活服務跨領域能力的評量工具,以作為母嬰生活服務跨領域人才培育之成效評量使用。本研究採兩次專家意見調查,發展母嬰生活服務之跨領域整合核心能力的定義內涵,並建構「母嬰生活服務跨領域整合核心能力量表」初稿,經兩次施測後,分別採探索式與驗證式因素分析,以瞭解量表的信效度與理論模式和觀察資料之適配度情形。研究結果為,母嬰生活服務之跨領域整合核心能力共有五種核心能力,而依據核心能力定義發展之「母嬰生活服務跨領域整合核心能力量表」,包含「溝通」、「反思」、「實踐」、「場域通識知能」和「專業倫理涵養」等五個分量表,共27題,在量表信效度考驗方面,總量表之內部一致性Cronbach's α係數達.948,各分量表之內部一致性Cronbach's α係數介於.865~.939,總量表之累積解釋變異量為70.6%,而本量表經施測與採用線性結構模式分析發現,總量表之理論模式和觀察資料皆有良好的表現。本研究亦提出學生跨領域能力評量的相關建議。 |

This study developed a scale for assessing domestic university students' self-perception of their interdisciplinary integration-based core competencies in providing maternal-infant services. The scale was used for evaluating the effectiveness of interdisciplinary maternal-infant services curriculum. Two expert surveys were conducted to define the interdisciplinary integration-based core competencies in providing maternal-infant services and the draft version for the "Interdisciplinary Integration-based Core Competencies Scale for Maternal-Infant Services" (IICC-MIS scale) was developed. Two tests were then administered, after which the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory analysis were performed to understand the reliability and validity of the scale as well as the goodness of fit between the theoretical model and the observed data. The findings showed that interdisciplinary integration-based competencies consisted of five core competencies, which were "communication," "reflection," "implementation," "field-based general knowledge and skills," and "professional ethics." A subscale was developed for each core competency and a total of 27 items were constructed. The Cronbach's α value of internal consistency of the subscales of this scale ranged from .865 to .939. The Cronbach's α value of the IICC-MIS scale was .948 and was able to explain 70.6 % of variances. The IICC-MIS scale was administered and the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis showed that the goodness of fit between the theoretical model and the observed data was in a moderate fit. This study also proposed some suggestions for further research in assessing interdisciplinary core competencies. |
