本研究旨在探討教學輔導教師所實施的教學觀察與回饋對國小初任教師教學效能的影響。本研究之主要研究結果如下:一、初任教師教學效能趨向正向改變二、教學觀察與回饋的實施,有助於初任教師教學效能的增進三、半結構式訪談結果亦支持教學觀察與回饋的成效最後,根據研究結果,提出相關建議,俾供初任教師輔導制度推動之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
This research attempted to discuss the impact of mentor teachers' observation and feedback on elementary beginning teacher's teaching effectiveness. The main findings were: 1. The change of beginning teachers' teaching effectiveness was positive.2. The teaching observation and feedback had positive effects on beginning teachers' teaching effectiveness.After the observation and feedback, beginning teachers had a significant increase on ”clarity”, ”diversity”, ”classroom management”, ”goal-attaining” concerning teaching effectiveness of teaching domains. And beginning teachers also enhanced their teaching effectiveness of 13 teaching behaviors to a significant level.3. The results of semi-structural interviews supported the effects of the observation and feedback.The teaching observation and feedback had positive effects on beginning teachers' teaching effectiveness; namely, beginning teachers progressed pretty well on instructional clarity, diversity, effective communication, classroom management and goal-attaining. |
