本研究之主要目的在了解新北市某國小高年級學生健康生活型態現況,以作為推動學校衛生計畫的參考。本研究以九十八學年度就讀於新北市某國小高年級學生為母群體,採分層隨機抽樣進行問卷調查,問卷內容包含背景變項及健康生活型態兩大部分。健康生活型態包括飲食習慣、運動與休閒情形、日常生活安全習慣、心理壓力調適和健康自我照顧等。資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及複迴歸分析等方法進行分析。結果顯示:一、學生的健康生活型態中,以日常生活安全習慣得分最高,其次是健康自我照顧、飲食習慣、心理壓力調適,而以運動與休閒情形最低,但都屬正向。二、健康生活型態中的飲食習慣、運動與休閒情形、日常生活安全習慣、心理壓力調適、健康自我照顧,會因背景變項不同而有顯著差異。三、性別是顯著且是最具解釋力的預測健康生活型態的變項。根據研究結果提出建立良好飲食習慣、培養良好休閒活動習慣、養成良好生活習慣及建立正向思考的建議,以建立學童健康生活型態,促進學童健康。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to understand the current healthy lifestyle status of the 5th and 6th graders in New Taipei City and, in advance, to facilitate school health programs.The subjects were stratified from a primary school during the 2009-2010 school year. The instrument consisted of two major parts: demographic variables and a healthy lifestyle. The ideal healthy lifestyle includes good eating habits, exercise and leisure, knowledge of safety habits, stress management and self-health care. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression.The main findings of the study are as follows:1. Among the variables of a healthy lifestyle, knowledge of safety habits had the highest score, followed by self-health care, eating habits, and stress management healthy results. Exercise and leisure had the lowest score. All the variables were positive.2. There were significant differences among eating habits, exercise and leisure, safety habits, stress management, and self-health care based on different demographic variables.3. It was found that gender was the most significant and powerful variable to predict the status of a healthy lifestyle.Based on the findings of the study, recommendations for fostering good eating habits, exercise and leisure, healthy living habits, and positive thinking were drawn for to establish a healthy lifestyle among children. |
