本研究目的為更年期婦女症狀困擾、復原力、家庭支持對其身心健康影響之探討。利用橫斷式設計，以具有信效度的結構式問卷收集資料，包括症狀困擾量表、復原力量表、家庭支持量表及身心健康量表，研究對象為396名更年期婦女，結果顯示：更年期婦女主要症狀困擾為疲倦、腰酸背痛、眼睛乾澀，經因素分析症狀困擾分別為：情緒困擾、身體心像困擾、性生活困擾、生理困擾及泌尿困擾。以結構方程式分析結果得知，情緒困擾、身體心像困擾、性生活困擾越嚴重，身心健康越差；復原力、家庭支持越好，身心健康越好。進一步檢視，結果發現復原力除了在情緒困擾與身心健康之間有中介效果外，亦在性生活困擾與身心健康之間有中介效果，而家庭支持在身體心像困擾與身心健康之間有中介效果。本研究顯示提升復原力及家庭支持，有助於更年期婦女的身心健康改善。此結果可作為臨床醫護人員對更年期婦女照顧的參考，以提升更年期婦女生活品質。

The purpose of this descriptive cross-sectional survey was to explore the effect of symptom distress, resilience, and family support on health state of menopausal women. Data were collected through questionnaires from 396 menopausal women. The instruments used in this study were the Symptom Distress Scale, the Resilience Scale, the Social Support Scale, the Health State Scale, and Demographic data. Study results show that most menopause symptom distress was fatigue, backache and eye dry. Five factors were retracted from symptom distress scale by factor analysis, including mood distress, body image distress, sexual distress, physical distress, and urinary distress. The more the mood distress, body image distress and sexual distress were, the poorer the health state was. The better the family support and resilience were, the better the health state was. Specifically, the resilience mediated the relationship between mood distress and health state, the relationship between sexual distress and health state. Family support mediated the relationship between body image distress and health state. Promoting the resilience and family support in menopausal women can enhance health state. The result can be used as a reference in clinical care for menopausal women to improve their quality of life.
