網路成癮對兒童生、心理健康影響甚大。本研究目的在探討認知行為改變介入對學童網路成癮、睡眠品質、學習注意力與執行功能之成效。採類實驗性研究設計,以北市某國民小學學童為研究對象。本研究分兩階段執行,第一階段以「中文網路成癮量表」篩選出網路成癮得分≥64分之學童,第二階段,採群體方便取樣,將其分為實驗組與控制組。實驗組接受八週認知行為改變介入,每週一次,每次40-50分鐘,控制組維持日常生活習慣。於認知行為改變介入前、後一週內進行前、後測。資料分析,以獨立樣本t檢定檢測認知行為改變介入對學童網路成癮、睡眠品質、學習注意力及執行功能之改善成效。結果顯示,國小學童網路成癮者佔43.4%,接受認知行為介入之實驗組學童,其網路成癮改變量得分(t=-3.010, p=0.004)、叫色試驗中之字義反應時間(t=-2.49, p=0.016)、中性字反應時間(t=-4.501, p<0.0001)、字色不一致反應時間(t=-5.215, p<0.0001)等成效顯著優於控制組。本研究提供學校及家長更了解學童網路成癮情形及認知行為改變介入對網路成癮改善成效,可作為未來改善措施之參考。

英文摘要

Internet addiction has a great impact on children's health and mental health. The study aims to explore the effects of cognitive behavior change on internet addiction, sleep quality, learning attention, and executive function in children. This is a quasi-experimental research design. The elementary school-age children were recruited. The study was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, students with an Internet addiction score of ≥ 64 were selected using the "Chinese Internet Addiction Scale". In the second stage, the group was cluster convenient sampling and divided into experimental groups and control groups. The experimental group accepted eight weekly cognitive behavior change intervention, once a week, 40 minutes each time. The control group kept as usual daily activity. Data were collected one week before intervention and one week after intervention. We used independent t-test to analyze the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on internet addiction, sleep quality, learning attention, and executive function. Results showed that 43.4% of elementary school children were Internet addicted. After cognitive behavior intervention‚ the experimental group had significant decrease in Internet Addiction Scale (t=-3.010, p=0.004), and decreased Stroop Test reaction time in Word (t=-2.49, p=0.016), Neutral (t=-4.501, p<0.0001) and Incongruence (t = 5.125, p < 0.0001). This study provides reference for schools and parents to recognize internet addicted students by Internet Addiction Scale, and take interventions to decrease the internet addiction.
