本研究旨在探討高職教師培養知識管理基本素養所需具備的內涵。研究方法採用修正式德懷術,首先以系統化文獻分析為基礎,進行相關文獻的探討、分析以為問卷內容的基礎,其次共徵詢10位知識管理相關之學者專家,和10位資深機械科教師、校長、或學者專家,共同進行德懷術調查研究,經三回問卷調查與統計分析後,共歸納「培育高職教師一般知識管理內涵」共4個層面、38個項目,以及「培育高職機械科教師知識管理流程內涵」共4個層面、60個項目,而此結果可供教育當局、師資培育中心、和教師培養知識管理基本素養之參考,或為建構教師知識管理網路平臺之依據。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study is to identify and validate the cultivating contents of knowledge management (KM) for vocational high school teachers. The Modified Delphi technique was applied in this study. First, the document analysis was used to construct the theoretical context of this study. Secondly, 10 experts of KM and 10 experts of mechanical field were invited to join the Delphi panel. After three rounds of modified Delphi processes and data analysis, a total of 38 items of 4 levels for ”The general cultivating contents of KM for vocational high schools teachers”, and 60 items of 4 levels for ”The cultivating contents of KM processing ability for vocational mechanical teachers” were identified and validated. Some findings and suggestions were also proposed in the conclusions. |
