學校組織要永續經營,必須依賴教師組織公民行為。本文藉分析國外10篇有關教師組織公民行為研究的問卷,探討教師組織公民行為的定義及構念面向,說明研究對象的選擇、問卷編修及問卷中構念面向的現況。結果發現:教師組織公民行為是指教師自發性對個人、對團隊及對組織有益的利社會行為。教師組織公民行為的研究對象:包含教師本身自評、校長評估及行政長官評估等方式。教師組織公民行為的問卷,有半結構式訪談問卷、採用他人問卷、考慮文化脈絡修正已有問卷。面向方面則包含單一面向、二元面向及多元面向。

If the school wants to be survived, it must rely on the teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors. Analyzing 10 questionnaires about the teachers' organizational citizenship behaviors, the research discusses the definition, the objects, the revision and the domains of the construction. Th definition is the spontaneous behaviors or the prosocial behaviors about Individual, team and organization. The objects are the teachers, the Principals and the supervisiors. The questionnaires are the semi-structured questionnaire, using the used questionnaire or the revision about the organization context. The domains are one, two or multiple factors.
