本研究旨在探討不同潛水年資休閒潛水員的自覺專業能力、知覺風險與自發性行為之差異情形；並進一步探討休閒潛水員之知覺風險在知覺專業能力及自發性行為間之中介效果。以158位休閒潛水參與者為對象進行研究調查，採用休閒潛水「自覺專業能力」、「知覺風險」與「自發性行為」三個量表為工具，經描述性統計、單因子多變項變異數分析與階層迴歸分析等統計方法分析，研究結果發現：1.自覺專業能力的「傷害與急救」與「專業技能」兩個構面的表現上，資深組的休閒潛水者均顯著優於初學者。2.知覺風險的「滿意度風險」構面的表現上，初學者顯著高於資淺組與資深組；而在知覺風險的「財務風險」與「傷害風險」兩個構面的表現上，初學者與資淺組均顯著高於資深組。3.自發性行為的「忠誠度行為」構面的表現上，資淺組與資深組均顯著高於初學者；而在自發性行為上的「合作行為」構面的表現上，初學者顯著高於資深組的休閒潛水者。4.知覺風險在自覺專業能力及自發性行為的「合作行為」構面之間扮演著完全中介效果。最後根據研究結果，提供潛水業者之參考，亦對後續研究者提出建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of different diving seniority recreational diving conscious professional competency, perceived risk and voluntary behavior. And further, to investigate the mediating effect of recreational diving perceived risk between conscious professional competency and voluntary behavior. Research instruments included questionnaires towards conscious professional competency, perceived risk, and voluntary behavior. The sample with 87 recreational divers was collected, in addition, descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis were adopted in this study. The findings were concluded as the following: 1. The seniors of recreational divers in the injury-emergency and professional skill factors of conscious professional competency were significantly better than the beginners. 2. The beginners of recreational divers in the satisfaction risk of perceived risk were significantly higher than the juniors and seniors. But the beginners and juniors in the financial risk and injury risk factors were significantly higher than the seniors. 3. The juniors and seniors of recreational divers in the loyalty behavior factor of voluntary behavior were significantly higher than the beginners. But the beginners in the cooperative behavior factor of voluntary behavior were significantly higher than the seniors. 4. The perceived risk played as a mediator completly between conscious professional competency and the cooperative behavior factor of voluntary behavior. Finally, according to the research results, this study proposed some suggestions to recreational diving manager as well as the subsequent researchers.
