提供完整的化學治療護理指導是護理照護品質重要的一環，透過提供完整的化學治療護理指導，亦能提升病人的自我照顧能力。本專案旨提升外科病房化學治療病人護理指導之完整性，臨床發現化學治療病人護理指導完整性偏低原因：化學治療指導認知不正確、缺乏護理指導之稽核制度、缺乏護理指導流程及整合性護理指導、缺乏護理指導教育訓練。經由專案介入措施：規劃化學治療護理指導訓練課程及線上學習、建置化學治療護理指導流程、整合化學治療護理指導及設置衛教資訊網、建立化學治療照護護理指導稽核制度。化學治療病人護理指導完整性由32.8%提升至93%，顯示經由專案改善，提升化學治療病人護理指導成效，期能持續提供完整化學治療護理指導照護課程，並有效運用於臨床照護，進而增加病人對於醫療照護滿意度。

Providing complete chemotherapy instructions is an important part of the quality of nursing care. With the help of the complete chemotherapy instructions, the patient's self-care ability can be greatly improved. Our goal is to improve the competence level of the chemotherapy nurses in giving surgical ward instructions to the patients after chemotherapy. The survey indicated a deficit in the nurse's knowledge in chemotherapy care because of the lack of organized nursing instruction-related education and standard training procedures that come with monitoring and evaluation. Through the intervention measures, actions were taken for the planning of chemotherapy nursing guideline and training courses, including online learning, chemotherapy nursing protocol and procedures, chemotherapy nursing guidance integration, health education portal, and a chemotherapy nursing training audit system. We discovered the points of intervention of nursing care to achieve the integrity and completion rate of the chemotherapy nursing care. The knowledge of chemotherapy function went from 32.8 % to 93 % after the intervention of nursing instruction showing that the project has improved the effectiveness of nursing guidelines for chemotherapy patients. It is expected that a complete chemotherapy nursing guideline and training course can be provided on a regular basis and effectively used in clinical care to increase patients satisfaction and quality of cancer care.
