長久以來師徒關係一直是職場學習的重要方式,而職場學習又是提升工作績效的有效方法。然而回顧文獻,鮮少有關師徒功能、員工個人學習及工作績效的研究。因此,本研究以職場個人學習爲中介變項,探討師徒功能對工作績效的影響。以壽險業務人員爲研究對象,本研究進行問卷調查,共回收有效問卷406份。結構方程模式資料分析結果發現:(1)職涯支持功能會透過相關工作學習影響工作績效;(2)職涯支持功能會透過相關工作學習,再經由個人技巧發展來影響工作績效。最後本研究對實證結果提出理論與實務意涵,及後續研究建議。

英文摘要

長久以來師徒關係一直是職場學習的重要方式,而職場學習又是提升工作績效的有效方法。然而回顧文獻,鮮少有關師徒功能、員工個人學習及工作績效的研究。因此,本研究以職場個人學習爲中介變項,探討師徒功能對工作績效的影響。以壽險業務人員爲研究對象,本研究進行問卷調查,共回收有效問卷406份。結構方程模式資料分析結果發現:(1)職涯支持功能會透過相關工作學習影響工作績效;(2)職涯支持功能會透過相關工作學習,再經由個人技巧發展來影響工作績效。最後本研究對實證結果提出理論與實務意涵,及後續研究建議。
