博物館雖然以展示對外吸引觀眾,也以展示為開放參觀之主軸,然教育性卻是展示最重要的精神所在。在有限的人力及經費下,期望每一個展示的呈現都能吸引觀眾,實在是相當困難的事。這除了必須將有限的經費及人力,做最有效的運用,如展示精緻化,不以量取勝,而以質來吸引觀眾外;另可搭配教育活動來活化展示,以使展示主題的呈現更加的活潑及完整。每個博物館因建館宗旨、目標觀眾、經費來源及人力配置等差異,因此活動策略及規劃也有所不同,教育人員應將教育理念融入展示中,甚至將教育活動的概念納入展示內容,而不是展示推出後,教育人員只配合辦理教育活動。因此,教育活動在博物館雖然是配角,但若規劃得宜,它可以是最佳的配角。 |
英文摘要 |
Although museum exhibitions are the main attraction for visitors, yet the most important spirit of the exhibition is education. For the limitation of budget and staffs, it is difficult to expect every exhibition display can attract visitors. With educational activities to vitalize the exhibitions, it could make the exhibited subject more complete and vital. Because each museum has different missions, target audience and resources, the strategies and planning of activities are also different. However, the education staffs should be more active to include their concepts in the exhibition, not only just passively organize activities when the exhibitions are ready. Although the educational activities are supporting roles, with well-organized ones they can be the best. |
