本研究以經濟部產業科技發展獎之企業為調查對象,透過問卷調查與路徑分析探討。實證結果發現組織創新氣候對組織學習能力有顯著的正向影響,有助提升知識創造的效果,但無法直接對創新績效產生影響,而是藉由知識創造的中介效果可提升創新的績效。組織學習能力有助提升知識創造的效果,但並無法直接對創新績效產生影響,而是藉由知識創造的中介效果。

英文摘要

This study which through questionnaire survey and after statistical analysis to discuss. The results of research found that Having the positive casual relation for organizational innovation climate to the organizational learning competence, The organizational innovation climate is helpful to promote to the effect on knowledge creation, The organizational innovation climate have the influence to the innovative performance, it may promote the enterprises innovation performance. The organizational learning competence is helpful to promote to the effect on knowledge creation, The organizational learning competence have the influence to the innovative performance, it may promote the enterprises innovation performance. Carrying out the knowledge creation that will directly influence the enterprises to reach the innovation performance.
