職場靈性對保險從業人員工作績效及工作價值觀之影響

本研究以保險從業人員為研究對象,利用立意抽樣方法以及人員問卷訪問探討職場靈性對工作績效及工作價值觀之影響。共發放600份問卷,回收 有效問卷404份。其實證結果發現:「職場靈性」、「工作績效」及「工作價值觀」三變項間有顯著相關;「職場靈性」對「工作績效」有正向影響;「職場靈性」對「工作價值觀」有正向影響;「工作價值觀」對「工作績效」有正向影響。綜合上述可知,保險從業人員之職場靈性、工作績效與工作價值觀之間有正向顯著影響。因此建議保險產業之業者若能透過教育訓練或企業內部活動,增加員工群體互動,塑造良性競爭環境,以增進員工自我認同,提升其對工作的熱忱及滿足,便能有效提升正向之職場靈性觀。當保險從業人員之工作績效及工作價值觀愈高時,對保險業者之經營績效將有正向助益。
