目的本研究目的為了解護理人員對於職場性騷擾處理之認知、態度及分析護理人員對任職機構性騷擾防治措施滿意度。方法採問卷調查進行收樣;研究問卷包含認知、態度及防治措施滿意度三部分,發出問卷330份,回率91.5%,利用軟體SPSS12.0統計分析。結果研究結果發現,護理人員工作年資愈高、年齡愈高、工作科別屬慢性內科病房者,其對性騷擾之認知感受、語言、非語言、肢體動作之敏感度愈高,具統計上顯著差異。對任職機構定期舉辦性騷擾防治在職教育與申訴管道方便性,比性騷擾防治專線宣導滿意度顯著為高。結論為建構優質職場,建議機構管理層級訂定職場性騷擾管理辦法,建立員工信賴申訴管道;新進員工加強宣導觀念及辦法;性別平等觀念與職場性騷擾等議題納入必修通識在職教育;並透過醫院評鑑檢視機構執行品質。 |
英文摘要 |
PurposeThe aims of this survey were to understand paramedics' knowledge and attitude about sexual harassment in the workplace, and to determine their degree of satisfaction with the sexual harassment prevention measures in the institutions in which they worked.MethodA questionnaire was developed to sample knowledge, attitudes and degree of satisfaction with prevention measures. of 330 questionnaires delivered, 320 were returned for a response rate 91.5%.ResultsResults showed that paramedics who worked on chronic medical wards and had higher academic achievement, more years of service and were older were more sensitive to the feelings, language, and non-verbal behaviors associated with sexual harassment.ConclusionsThere was support for sexual harassment prevention as part of continuing education and the establishment of convenient reporting channels. |
