本研究旨在探討高職餐飲管理科教師工作壓力、因應策略與教學效能之研究,採文獻分析、問卷調查等研究方法,以自編「高職餐飲管理科教師工作感受與教學效能調查問卷」為研究工具,進行調查。本研究採普查方式,針對台灣地區高職餐飲管理科教師共計462名,有效問卷272份,回收率58.87%。所獲得結果,以次數百分比、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及典型相關等統計方法進行分析,本研究針對研究發現加以討論,並據以對教育主管機關、學校單位、教師、及對未來研究提出具體建議,俾供參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between work stresses, coping strategies and teaching efficiencies for teachers of Food and Beverage Management in Vocational High Schools. Literature review and survey were conducted for this study. The study adapted self-edited ”Questionnaire of work feeling and teaching efficiency”. Taking the Vocational High School teachers in Taiwan as the main targets of the study, had 462 teachers to do the questionnaires for data collecting. 272 acceptable questionnaires were collected. The return rate was 58.87%. The statistical methodology included percentage, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, canonical correlation analysis.With the findings and conclusion, the study offered some suggestions for the educational administration, schools, teachers and future researches. |
