本研究採Rogers由上而下的策略方法,先以分散式領導包括執行大學社會責任(USR)相關行政與教學單位主管的觀點,探討個案科大在執行大學社會責任規劃目標與推動執行的問題困難與因應對策,與Bolman和Deal多元架構領導的領導角色轉換時機與扮演,以及執行大學社會責任團隊教師們所感受到的創新組織氛圍。本研究運用質性深度訪談蒐集資料,於2020年8-11月共訪談5位行政單位主管、3位教學單位主管,以及9位執行團隊教師,彙整個案科大在推動USR行政單位與教學單位領導角色,且執行USR團隊教師們所感受到的創新組織氛圍包括,學校組織因應計畫執行給予彈性、推動的團隊非常重視協調溝通、執行團隊們專業分工及跨域合作。研究成果除了回饋實務現場落實改善,能更清楚描繪出個案科大在善盡大學社會責任的組織特性整體架構,藉由研究整理提供其他相關單位與個案科大參考,共同成長。

英文摘要

This research adopts the Rogers top-down strategy method. Firstly, using distributed leadership, including the supervisors of administrative and teaching units related to the implementation of the University's Social Responsibility (USR). Discuss the planning goals of case of science and technology universities in the implementation of university social responsibilities, the problems and difficulties in promoting implementation and the countermeasures. The timing and role of leadership transitions with Bolman and Deal multi-structure leaders, as well as the innovative organizational atmosphere felt by the teachers of the implementation of the university's social responsibility team. This research uses qualitative in-depth interviews to collect data. A total of 5 administrative unit supervisors, 3 teaching unit supervisors, and 9 executive team teachers were interviewed in August-November 2020. The case is promoting the leadership roles of USR administrative units and teaching units, and the innovative organizational atmosphere experienced by the teachers of the USR team includes the flexibility of the school organization in response to the implementation of the plan. The promotion team attaches great importance to coordination and communication, and the professional division of labor of the executive team and cross-domain cooperation. In addition to giving back to the actual implementation of the improvement, the research results can more clearly depict the overall structure of the organizational characteristics of the case in fulfilling the social responsibility. Through research and collation, provide reference for other related units and the case University of Science and Technology, and grow together.
