本研究目的旨在探討臺中地區中、小學教師睡眠品質現況,並比較不同職稱、不同學制與不同學區教師的差異情形。271位臺中地區中、小學教師為研究對象,以匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI)為研究工具,測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、費氏精確檢定及變異數(ANOVA)分析,比較不同組別之差異,各項比較顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、睡眠總分>5的比率為57%,顯示睡眠品質不佳的比率偏高。二、女性教師睡眠品質不佳的比率較男性教師高。三、不同職稱與不同學區教師睡眠品質比較上未有顯著差異(P>.05)。四、不同學制組教師的睡眠效率比較上達顯著差異(P<.05)。結論:臺中地區中、小學教師的睡眠品質尚有改善的空間,研究已證實運動可以改善個人的睡眠品質,建議各縣市政府教育局、處單位及各學校行政主管,應多鼓勵教師培養規律運動習慣,以提升個人健康與睡眠品質。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to compare the sleep quality of teachers between different positions, educational systems and regions in Taichung area. The subjects of this research include 271 primary and high school teachers in Taichung regions. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate the subjective sleep quality. All test data were process by SPSS for windows 18.0 statistical software with descriptive statistics, Fisher exact probability test, and ANOVA. To compare with the differences between different groups of teachers, significance different is α=.05. The results showed 1. 57% participants reported poor sleep quality (PSQI>5). 2. The female teachers have higher percentage of poor sleep quality. 3. No significant difference between position and region of teachers in sleep quality (p>.05). 4. Different educational systems teachers have significant difference in sleep quality (p>.05). We conclude that the sleep quality of primary and high school teachers should be improved. Many research concern the benefit of exercise to sleep quality, we suggest the government and school administrators should to encourage the school teacher to do exercise regularly, in order to have a good sleep. |
