悲傷諮商助人工作者的專業倫理實踐之初探性研究

助人專業倫理是助人工作的核心價值，悲傷諮商是助人專業的專門領域之一。本研究旨在探討悲傷諮商助人工作者的專業倫理實踐經驗，並瞭解助人工作者進行悲傷諮商時應考量的倫理原則。本研究採取質性研究的深度訪談法，兩位受訪者均具有博士學位，從事諮商工作20年以上，其專業領域研究以悲傷相關議題為主，是具有特殊見識的關鍵參與者。經由「主題分析法」逐步將細部概念發展成主軸概念後，研究發現從事悲傷諮商工作前，助人者會先具備兩樣倫理態度：（1）覺察自己對生死的知見；（2）厚植悲傷諮商的專業知能與體驗。進行悲傷諮商工作時的倫理實踐則為：（1）開放地討論靈性／宗教信仰價值觀和核心信念；（2）評估個案自我傷害與傷害他人的風險；（3）評估結案的時機並善用結案讓個案成長。本研究建議悲傷諮商工作者可以參考本文受訪者的倫理實踐行動，並時時問自己：「什麼是身為悲傷諮商助人工作者的重要特質或美德？」方是最為良善的倫理實踐。
