自我汙名化與求助延宕的關聯：求助希望感的效果探究

求助行為是一個不斷迴圈的複雜歷程，當事人會數度往返於各階段之間，一再地重新做決定。文獻指出求助延宕現象受到求助汙名化的影響尤其大，而希望感是當事人求助歷程中一大助力。本研究欲探討受到心理問題困擾的民眾為何不求助，以社區民眾為研究對象，共取得299位成人民眾之填答資料，進行階層迴歸分析了解求助希望感對於自我汙名化與求助延宕的關係。結果發現：求助希望感在自我汙名化與求助延宕之間，無顯著調節效果，而是與自我汙名化共同直接預測求助延宕。另外，自我汙名化在求助希望感與求助延宕的關係中，具有部分中介效果。本研究進一步發現在不同求助階段中，自我汙名化與求助希望感對求助延宕有不同的關聯性。文末提出研究貢獻，以及應用於社區諮商工作與未來研究之建議。
