督導風格內涵之質性分析研究

Qualitative Analysis of the Connotation of Supervision Style

本研究旨在探討督導風格之內涵，作為督導實務及督導者培訓的參考。本研究採立意取樣，個別訪談四位督導年資介於6-12年之督導者，以質性研究中的主題分析法進行資料分析。結果發現，督導風格在支持向度的三個層面：（一）督導者同理受督導者，其督導作為包含：了解與看見受督導者的需求與意圖；承接受督導者的受挫情緒；關心受督導者的專業發展。（二）督導者友善對待受督導者，建立共融的關係，其督導作為包含：尊重受督導者的個別性；陪伴受督導者面對諮商困境；營造融洽關係，接納試誤歷程。（三）督導者賦能受督導者，其督導作為包含：鼓勵受督導者發現優勢；肯定專業表現以建立自信。督導風格在指導向度的兩個層面：（一）督導者教導受督導者，其督導作為包含：提供具體的教導有所依循；給予建議，供受督導者自由彈性運用；督導者提供示範與調整，讓受督導者具像化並強化實作能力；檢視並指出受督導者的不足。（二）督導者引導受督導者反思，其督導作為包含：使用提問方式引導受督導者覺察、思考及反思；使用討論與分享的方式，以擴展受督導者視野。
