本研究主要在探討綜合高中商業服務學程學生與高職商經科學生之各別學習態度現況;其次為瞭解兩種不同來源學生背景變項與學校背景變項對學習態度之各別影響;最後針對兩者學生對學業成就之影響因子。本研究採問卷調查法,抽取台灣南部地區7所設有綜合高中商業服務學程或高職商經科的學校,以455位學生為研究樣本,其中有效問卷448份。問卷回收經登錄後,進行獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé事後比較及迴歸分析等統計考驗。本研究主要結論如下:一、父母親的教育程度與家庭所得對綜高商服學程與高職商經科學生的學習態度構面上是無顯著影響。二、公立綜合高中商服學程學生整體環境顯著影響學習構面,公私立高職商經科學生對學習構面則無顯著影響。三、性別、對自我的態度、地區別、未來期望顯著影響學習成就。本研究建議:一、相對於私立高職的學校而言,公立高職的學校是有待改進。二、相對於公立綜高的學校而言,私立綜高的學校是有待改進。三、想要提升學業成就,可以先從「對自我的態度」先做改變。

英文摘要

This research was first to investigate the different learning attitude between students from the commercial service program of the comprehensive high school and business management of vocational high school; secondary, to analysis how the background of students and schools will effect learning attitude between them; finally, To fine what factors will effect achievement of them. The investigation was conducted 455 copies from 7 commercial service program of the comprehensive high school and business management of vocational high school in south of Taiwan. 448 copies of effective questionnaires were received, which are used methods including factor analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The results found that (1) Parents' education level and family income are no significant effect to learning attitude of them. (2) Learning environment of the commercial service program of the comprehensive public high school has significant impact to learning attitude of students. Learning environment of the business management of high school of commerce has no significant effect to learning attitude of students, no matter is public or private. (3) Gender, attitude towards self, and difference between future expectations significantly affect learning achievement. Finally, according to the results of this study made the following recommendations: First, public high school of commerce should be improved with respect to private high school of commerce. Second, private comprehensive high school should be improved with respect to public comprehensive high school. Third, Students can start to change ”attitude towards self' to improve academic achievement.
