資訊科技對組織績效與競爭優勢有顯著助益,其中醫學影像是目前醫院資訊系統中資料量最龐大與使用量最頻繁也是臨床醫療最迫切需求的診斷工具;目前大多數區域級以上醫療院所已導入醫學影像儲傳系統(PACS),然而過去的研究中,對於實務管理層面並沒有深入探討。本研究架構引用差異理論,並提出更新後資訊系統成功模式。且加入高階主管支持、使用者創新性及自我效能三個因素影響;了解PACS醫療資訊系統實際運作情形與放射線部門使用者滿意度之關係。提供高階主管採用PACS廠商模式之參考及未來對PACS廠商及放射線部門使用者提出適當建議。

英文摘要

To understand the determinants of user satisfaction with the picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) in the Radiology departments of Taiwan hospitals, a discrepancy model was developed in this study. The discrepancies of three information system (IS) quality variables (i.e. information quality, system quality, and service quality), based on an information system success model, were measured to examine the influence on user satisfaction. In addition, two variables, computer self-efficacy and user innovativeness, were also measured to examine their moderating effects on user satisfaction. A survey was conducted and the respondents were radiologists and radiological technologists who had experiences in using the PACS systems. The results of ANOVA and regression analysis indicated that greater user discrepancies between perception and expectation of three IS quality variables leads to lower user satisfaction. Furthermore, user' computer self-efficacy significantly moderates the relationships between system quality and user satisfaction, and between service quality and user satisfaction respectively. However, user innovativeness significantly moderates the relationships between information quality and user satisfaction, and between service quality and user satisfaction respectively. Implications from the findings are also provided.
